Standard shipping via Australia Post - cost calculated at checkout - includes SMS and email tracking. 

Express shipping via Australia Post - cost calculated at checkout - includes SMS and email tracking. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery.

Please allow 1-2 business days for express delivery.

All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL -

All International orders are shipped via Australia Post. 

International standard shipping - cost calculated at check out - includes SMS and email tracking. 

International express shipping - cost calculated at check out - includes SMS and email tracking - signature on delivery.

Please allow 8-12 business days for international standard delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).

Please allow 4-8 business days for international express delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).

All orders will receive a tracking number once dispatched.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and you include your phone number. Once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Orzo Studios. If you wish to return any of your item/s, please register your return with us by contacting hello@orzostudios.com within 7 days of receiving your item/s. You will be supplied express post return shipping labels and the cost will be deducted from your refund or credit note. 

CONDITION -

All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS –

All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

FAULTY ITEMS –

Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.

TIME FRAME -

All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. All online returns must be lodged  7 days post receiving the goods.

FULL PRICED ITEMS –

Eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

10% OFF WELCOME CODE –

Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS -

Sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return.

SHIPPING -

Customers are liable for return shipping costs. This cost will be deducted from your refund or credit note.
