RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Australia wide returns -
Products may be returned for an exchange or online credit note, within 14 days of receiving your items, if returned unworn and in their original packaging.
Please register your return with us by contacting hello@orzostudios.com
When making a return, it will be at the client’s expense to post the item/s back to the nominated address safely and in original condition.
Credits will only be issued once the return item/s have been received and assessed. If issued a credit with Or.zo Studios, it will be valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
International returns -
Products may be returned for an online credit note, within 14 days of receiving your items, if returned unworn and in their original packaging. We are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.
Please follow the ' declare withdrawal' form located at the bottom of the returns page within 14 days of receiving your item/s OR register your return with us by contacting hello@orzostudios.com within 14 days of receiving your item/s.

CONDITION -
All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached. We will not accept tampered or worn returns. If the item does not meet expectations, we will email to notify.
SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS –
All sale items are final sale. These cannot be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items or promotional items with a discount greater than 10% are not eligible for a return.
FAULTY ITEMS –
Items that are deemed faulty will receive a full refund.
TIME FRAME -
All returns must be returned within 30 days of purchasing. All online returns must be lodged 14 days post receiving the goods.
FULL PRICED ITEMS –
Eligible for a exchange or store credit.
10% OFF WELCOME CODE –
Full priced items purchased using the 10% welcome code are eligible for a refund or an online store credit. Any items purchased on sale over the value of 10% or using a promotional sale code are considered FINAL SALE, and not able to be returned.
SHIPPING -
Customers are liable for return shipping costs.
